Assalamualaikum Warrahmatullahi Wabarokatuh

In that time, our class has assigments from our lecturer to make PPT and video presentation about Positive Interdependence. The assignments will be submit in LMS Syam-ok .

Positive interdependence is the belief of anyone in the group that there is value in working together and that the results of both individual learning and working products would be better when they are done in collaboration.

Positive interdependence means that team members need each other to succeed. A childhood example is the three-legged race. Though smaller than the typical learning groups, it illustrates clearly the dependence each teammate has with the other individual.

Positive interdependence promotes a cooperative and caring learning community in which students work together, are supportive, and encourage each other to learn and succeed. Negative interdependence creates an unfriendly, competitive, or even hostile learning environment in which classmates are at odds with each other.

Negative interdependence exists when individuals perceive that they can obtain their goals. if and only if the other individuals with whom they are competitively linked fail to obtain their. goals and, therefore, obstruct each other's efforts to achieve the goals.
