Topic : "Disucisson and Presentation in Some Countries"

Assalamualaikum Warrahmatullahi Wabarokatuh..

Hello everyone, welcome to my twelfth blog.  I hope you all don't feel bored reading my blog.  I remind you again that reading blogs or any information news can increase our insight, increase knowledge and train our brains to absorb and remember the information we read.  Therefore, stay enthusiastic in growing interest in reading.

The story of the activity this time is still the same as last week's story, namely an individual presentation about culture and business practices in one of the countries we selected.  This time there were 3 presenters who appeared, the first presenter was Nurul Astaina Asrat with Thailand, the second presenter was Muhammad Syukur with Africa, and the third presenter was Siti Kurnia with Dubai.

Okay let's discuss the culture and business practices of the country of Thailand

Thailand, officially the Kingdom of Thailand is a country in Southeast Asia.  The capital is Bangkok, currency is the Thai baht.

The following are typical of Thailand:

1. His country was never colonized

2. Has many islands

3. The majority of the population is Buddhist

4. Including the land of white elephants, because in ancient times the white elephant was a symbol of purity for the Buddha community

5. The currency is in bath

6. The capital is Bangkok.

The majority of the population of the White Elephant Country are Theravada Buddhists.  The majority of ethnic Malays who live in the southern region of Thailand are Muslim.  Then several other religions that are embraced by the Thai population are Christianity, Hinduism and Sikh groups (teachings).

Thailand has the same economic system as the economic systems in Indonesia and the Philippines, namely a mixed economic system.  The mainstay of the Thai economy is the agricultural sector, in which Thailand is one of the largest rice exporters in the world.

Okay we continue to discuss the second topic with African countries

Africa is the second largest continent in the world and the second most populated after Asia

Region

Africa has eight major physical regions: the Sahara, the Sahel, the Ethiopian Highlands, the savanna, the Swahili Coast, the rain forest, the African Great Lakes, and Southern Africa.

Despite its abundant natural resources, Africa remains the world's poorest and underdeveloped continent, a result of a variety of causes which include corrupt governments often committing serious human rights violations, failed central planning, high illiteracy rates, lack of access.  to foreign capital, and frequent tribal and military conflicts.  Poverty, illiteracy, malnutrition and inadequate water supply and sanitation, as well as poor health, affect a large proportion of people living on the African continent

Africa before colonialism

Before the colonization, Africa was a poor country because of its dry climatic conditions, making it impossible to grow crops there.  There are still many backward tribes there.

 Africa during colonial times

In countries with a large population of Europe, for example Rhodesia and South Africa, a system of second-class citizenship was created to give Europeans more political power.

Okay go to the third topic or the last topic with dubai country

Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene

Dubai is one of the most luxurious cities in the world, located in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula, to be precise on the Persian Gulf Coast.  One of the largest cities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is famous for its huge skyscrapers that almost dominate the entire city.

Dubai culture is an Arabic culture that has its roots in Islamic culture, but there is high tolerance for immigrants who adhere to religions other than Islam.  Newcomers are free to worship according to their respective beliefs, there is no discrimination for women, even in a queue women take precedence.

What makes Dubai rich?

The reason why Dubai was able to advance is because of the oil that was discovered in Dubai in the 1950's.  Its development was started by Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum who turned Dubai into a modern port city and trading center.

Traditional dubai dress Also known as dishdash or thobe is the national dress of Emirati men who have ankle lengths and long sleeves.  It has been used by Emirati since time immemorial to protect the wearer from the heat of the sun on this land which is famous for its desert.

Ok, I think that's all of about the materials that I can conclude and adding in this blog, if you're need to give suggest or something like that, you can comment below. Thankyou I hope the contents of this blog are useful.
