  Do you know about the title that i wrote above?  if anyone knows, please type in the comments  for those who don't know, you must know what is dimension of intercultural interactions and conflicts.

  Intercultural Communication and Conflict Resolution is a growing area of importance considering the pace and volume of global transactions. The ease of global communication using technology, the abundance of cheaper transportation costs, and the frequency of businesses using cross-border talent is fostering millions of interactions a day between people of different cultures. Examine how the process of communication can be further complicated during interactions between people of different cultures. The topics of stereotypes, generalizations, communication styles, communication strategies, and communication orientations will be explored.
  How does cultural differences cause conflict?
  Conflict is triggered when there are cultural differences between individuals within an organization or through general interaction with one another. This often leads to cross-cultural conflict which generally occurs in the context that individuals are not willing to understand each other's diversity in cultures.

  An example of cultural conflict is the debate over abortion.

  After that we held a meeting to continue the presentation of group 2 which discussed the Bugis tribe.

  The Bugis are a tribe originating from the South Sulawesi area.  The Bugis originate from the first migrations of Asian (mainly Chinese) people.  The Bugis tribe inhabits most of the areas in South Sulawesi, but now many have spread to several other areas in Indonesia to overseas such as Malaysia and Singapore.

  The Bugis or to Ugi 'tribe is one of the many tribes in Indonesia.  They live on the southern island of Sulawesi.  The Bugis tribe is also thick with distinctive customs: wedding customs, visiting customs, house building customs, farming customs, principles of life, and so on.

  Costumes and accessories It is very interesting to see the various styles of traditional clothing of the Bugis and Makassar tribes.  The colors are bright.  Red, yellow, green and purple are the colors that most often dominate the tribal clothing.  The shape is also unique, resembling a kurung shirt. Bodo dress Bodo clothes are traditional clothes of the Bugis and Makassar tribes.

  Tuesday, May 25, 2021 Topic : "Discussion Meeting" Assalamualaikum Warrahmatullahi Wabarokatuh..   Hello everyone, this time my blog is different from the previous one because in this blog I only tell a little about the intercultural communication meeting which only discusses preparation for the final exam.  This time our meeting was through Microsoft Teams 365. To be honest, this is a new thing for me in using Microsoft, there are some obstacles when I want to enter the 365 website, and in my opinion it's easier to enter into the LMS syam-ok.  That's because I'm used to using LMS syam-ok, but that's okay, I will continue to learn to use Microsoft 365 because it has many benefits and makes it easier for Miss to record our meetings, besides that there are many other benefits.   Another advantage of this Microsft Teams is that it makes it easy to Miss to see who comes to join on time and who is late, then it will be seen if someone comes in and out of the room...
