Assalamualaikum Warrahmatullahi Wabarokatuh

Hello everyone, how are you?  I hope well.  On November 30th, 2021, the day my class is studying English for journalism.  The activities that our class does that we held a virtual meeting with Miss Novy using the Microsoft Teams application to present the power point that was made last week.

This time there were 3 presenters who appeared.  The first presenter was Tasya who brought the topic of Words in Print, then the second presenter was Baiq Nisrina who brought the topic of Broadcasting the News, and the third presenter was Musdalifah who brought the topic of Journalism in the Digital Age.

The first presenter with the topic words in print brought the material completely so it was quite easy to understand.  The essence of the words in print material has 7 parts, including:
1. Headline

2. Byline

3. Lead

4. Body

5. Conclusion

6. Image

7. Caption

The second presenter is Baiq Nisrina with the topic of broadcasting the news, including:
1. Commentary which is means is a type of news program where the anchor offers their opinion. Generally commentary shows are quite popular right before an election and provided detailed news about politician.
2. Consumers report means that the things that buy and takes a critical look at product or service.
3. Feel-good stories means that leave the audience feeling good about the world.

The last presenter is Musdalifah with the topic of jurnalism in the digital age.
Digital means electronic technology and the digital age is the time of electronic technology (from the 1940s to present day).  Digital media refers to any news that is transmitted over the internet. Includes words, pictures, audio and video.
